About Michael Hirsh

Michael Hirsh has been in the private practice of law for more than two decades.  His work is focused on business consulting and business litigation, although he is known to try a few criminal and personal injury cases too.  He is admitted in Georgia, Kentucky, Virginia, and North Dakota. He has entered appearances in several state Supreme Courts, United States District Courts, Courts of Appeal, Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, as well as the United States Supreme Court.  Hirsh also has a background in sales and marketing as well as several entrepreneurial ventures.

In addition to being a sought after speaker for various events, he spends his spare time camping, writing and in the gym.  Though he is a gifted sarcastic, his collection of satire pieces is extensive and growing.  He has also been extensively published in professional journals and law reviews.   He has been featured in the Georgia Bar Journal, Wall Street Journal, American Lawyer magazine, and the New York Times, which call his writings “muscular.”

He and his wife of more than 40 years have 13 children (so far) and 17 grandchildren . . .  and counting.  They live in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.
